About Us

I am a Retired Command Sergeant Major, who has served 30 years in the U.S. Army.  Alicia and I have hosted quite a few fish fries and prepared the best tasty Catfish ever.   Frankly, we have tried more than a few types of hot sauce on our fried Catfish and Seafood; none was a good enhancement to Seafood and Chicken. 

Inevitably, none has satisfied our taste for the love of spicy foods.   We decided to create a hot sauce that is unique in its ability to complement flavors instead of burning it away.   Hot sauce that has enough heat to give it some kick that is out of this world, and the flavor that will keep you coming back for more, but it’s not flaming hot that people can’t enjoy it, that has a comfortable spicy appeal that is enjoyable.  Hot sauce that does not cover up the flavor, but enhances it and brings out other spices that is already there.   

Ultimately, we started making hot sauce and selling it at farm stands, farmer’s markets', and retail outlets the word quickly spread about this delicious spicy hot sauce flavor, people started calling all hours wanting to buy our sauce.   The demand for the hot sauce became more demanding, so we had no choice but to bring our sauce to the market for all to enjoy.  

Finally, we can stop boasting about how great this sauce is and give our fine hot sauce lovers an opportunity to rejoice how they are enjoying that delicious rich spicy flavor every time the sauce is used on their favorite food.   So enjoy, I am sure you will find it is delicious and there is none in comparison. It can be used on just about anything.
