TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

Shipping & Returns

Your order will be sent as soon as possible depending on the availability of the desired products.  Orders usually leave our warehouse in 1 to 3 business days as long as all products are in stock. However, choosing the express shipping option does not make your order be processed any faster.  It just makes the shipping option faster. During busy times of year such as Thanksgiving and Christmas, expect longer delays. Priority shipping takes an average of 1-3 business days by USPS however, can be delayed due to weather or peak season.  If an order is returned to Joe’s Mega Hot Sauce, Co. due to USPS or U.S. Postal Service not being able to deliver.   We will refund the order minus any or all shipping fees that have occurred.

Manufacture:   Product that is not in stock, lead-time is four (4) weeks after receipt of PO with deposit.  Terms, one half of estimated cost before production will be set into schedule, remaining balance before shipping and within five (5) days of production.  Personal guarantee will be required.

Product Cost value quote is based upon and yields supplied by customer.   Any difference/change in them will require a new quote.   Additional requirements added after this quote will also require a new quote.  Yields are approximate.  Variation of + or – 10% are acceptable.

Prices are based upon one shipment (Bill of Lading) to a single destination.   Multiple destinations will incur additional shipping fees.  All items produced must be shipped out of Joe’s Mega Hot Sauce, company’s warehouse within one week or storage charges will accumulate.   Customer is responsible for specifying carrier and paying freight bill directly to carrier. All payments due Joe’s Mega Hot Sauce, Company, which are outside of terms, will have a one and one-half percent (1.5%) per month late fee charged to customer.

Remaining balance of materials specific to individual customer will be billed at the end of the production run.  Customer supplied materials can be held for 60 days for subsequent production runs. Freight charges to return materials are the responsibility of the customer.  Any extraneous approved expenses, outside this quote, are due and payable upon receipt.

Fraudulent: Customer that used a stolen credit card authorized the charges after receiving the product, or after request a chargeback, our company liability is limited to reporting the fraud to the authority, and payments will not be refunded.  The liability of the company is limited to replacing product or refunding payment of amount billed the customer.

Force Majeure:    The obligations of either party may be suspended by floods, fires, storms, labor unrest, acts of terrorism, natural disasters and other acts of force majeure, as well as government restrictions, prohibitions, regulations, and requisitions of other interferences. 

 In either case which are beyond the reasonable control of the parties to the extent that the same prevent or delay the performance of the obligations herein contained, always provided that the party claiming the benefit of the cause shall use all diligence to fulfill the obligations assumed under this agreement with the shortest delay possible.

Priority (1 - 3 day)

Express (1 - 2 day)

Outside the U.S.

Joe’s Mega Hot Sauce, Co. does not ship outside the United States.

Return Policy

Hot sauce items being returned that have been 10 days or longer from the received date MUST have prior approval before a refund will be given. Shipping charges will not be refunded and there may be a restocking fee of 10% unless the error was the fault of company. Customers need to e-mail the joesmegahotsauces@gmail.com for return approval or any problem you may have had with a website order.  Please do not call customer service for return approval. They do not have this information or handle website orders.

You may return any of the following items within 10 days of receipt of your shipment:

• Any unopened bottles, boxes or other packaging containing hot sauce from all our categories.
• Any item if the return is a result of our error.

Please note that we can only process returns and refunds for items you purchased from our online store.

Packing and Sending Your Return
Please put the items you´re returning back into the box and make sure they won´t get damaged while being shipped back to us. Don´t forget to include the packing slip and a short description of the problem in case you want an exchange.

Refunds:
We will notify you via e-mail of your refund once we have received the returned item. You can expect a refund in the same form of payment originally used for purchase within 7 to 14 business days of our receiving your return.
